• Business profile: Business name, website URL, logo, description, commission rates, and payment details for business accounts.
• Affiliate profile: Payment details (e.g., PayPal email or bank account) for processing commissions.
• Communications: Any messages or support requests you send to us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Click & tracking data: Affiliate link clicks, referral source, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate geolocation — used to attribute sales and detect fraud.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration.
• Cookies: Session cookies for authentication, and analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

2.3 Third-Party Information

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

• To process commission payouts to affiliates and subscription payments from businesses.

• Businesses you partner with: Your affiliate name and link performance metrics (clicks, conversions) are visible to the businesses whose products you promote.
• Affiliates promoting your products: Businesses can see the list of affiliates promoting their products and associated performance data.
• Service providers: Supabase (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). Each operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
• Law enforcement: When required by applicable law, court order, or government authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance (e.g., transaction records may be retained for 7 years for tax purposes).
